Patriot Industrial Partners is excited that Bill Billing has joined the team as
Senior Consultant. With an impressive 32 years at Boeing, Bill brings a wealth of experience in quality management and operations within the airline sector.

During his tenure at Boeing, Bill held several key positions, including Quality Specialist, Senior Quality Manager and Quality & Operations Manager.  He was instrumental in overseeing airworthiness certifications, quality control, regulatory compliance and customer regulations on all Boeing 747, 767, 777 and 787 aircraft at the Everett delivery center. His extensive background in operations and quality has equipped him with the expertise to implement best practices and procedures that drive employee improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

Bill is an industry veteran who has a history of managing teams to provide continuous improvement strategies for supporting business goals and expanding capabilities. His drive, commitment and experience help create a culture of performance allowing business units and companies to scale effectively.
